Men on TV

Watching TV is one of my most favorite things to do, cuddle up on the couch and get lost in my favorite shows. Taking note now after learning about tough guys and how they are portrayed in the media, makes me realize how much they really actually are. The shows I watch, have most of the men act tough, look buff, and mistreat women. Why am I so interested in shows like that? because if that was real life I would typically say wow that guys an asshole, and turn my head and walk the other way. Are most women like this? Do they like watching tough guys on TV..but not in real life? or the opposite? I think that many women would love to have a tough guy to a certain extent, knowing that they will be protected if something were to happen to them, but what if the man were to turn on the woman and start attacking them, who would they turn to?
